my veins pulse visibly.

i feel the blood rushing through my body.

i feel my tender wrists pulsing.

my heart is tense, my pulse is strong.

 

i feel the anxiety in my blood.

it is a poison that slowly pumps through me.

i am aware of it, as it slowly takes over my body.

i succumb to it.
